PepsiCo Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, in the hamlet of Purchase. PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products.
PepsiCo is being accused of violating human rights as shown in the following article on dijitaljournal.com, "Global food giant PepsiCo has been accused of continuing human rights violations and anti-trade union practices in relation to factories in the Indian state of West Bengal. The accusation has been made by the International Union of Food workers (IUF). The union alleges that the soft drink and snack foods manufacturer has, since 2013, blocked attempts by workers at its food factory to form a trade union."
Sales Representative (Current Employee) says"Sell, and work your product while having to do multiple stores on a daily basis. Work life balance non existing management has zero clue of what there doing .everything is on you to get done 15 hour days . Cons: Everything else"
Order Selector (Former Employee) says"They only thing they car about is making money for themselves they would work us for 14-16hrs a day during the 100 days of hail and say that we can’t take no days off and if you have a emergency and don’t go to work but you call them and explain they will say if you don’t show up you will get written up don’t wast your time on a company that don’t care about you Cons: The Supervisors and the company overall"
Utility Operator (Former Employee) says"You pay Union Dues. The union does Not help employees. The supervisors are fake. Unnecessary long hours. The machines hardly ever work. Most if the time you're just sitting at your station waiting on lazy mechanics to fix your machine. The leads are very lazy. All they do is hide all day so they don't have to work. Hazardous working conditions. Its gets extremely Hot in the summer time and extremely cold in the winter time. The company is very unorganized. Work there at your own risk. Cons: Upper management sucks."
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"Don't bother going there, they will use you abuse you, not care about your family time or personal time, it's there way or the high way, last minute forced overtime, all the time Cons: Every thing, pay, time, treatment"
Machine Operator/EPJ (Former Employee) says"They just give anybody the power to fire you without knowing all the facts and its really not fair some people are actually trying to change their life and provide for a family but I guess it's up too somebody else on how bad you need a job not everyone was born with a mom and pops just remember that"
Route Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says"Schedule changed every day, 1am-5am start times. This is an extremely physically demanding job 11-14 hrs per day. Pepsi doesn't pay adequately for the demand of the job. This job will give you anxiety with the extremely tight backing and maneuvering required at small gas stations. Cons: Work hours, physical demand, low morale"

For the coronavirus they don't keep us safe, people don't wear there mask and I complain they don't do nothing about it they just worried about doing there trucks."

Route Sales Lead (Former Employee) says"From product shortages to just plain bad leadership. Clueless leadership is abundant so if you love working for someone who just graduated college and has no idea about leadership or your job trade but will consistently tell you that you are not performing well enough to meet ridiculously high weekly goals that are already designed so you can not receive bonuses (bottom line profits remember). They rarely promote from within, instead, they will recruit leaders from colleges instead of giving sales representatives promotions. Cons: Everything."
Warehouse Loader (Former Employee) says"a horrible company. I worked there for 3 years and received a 5 cent raise for the entire time. We worked 16-20 hour days.Warehouse is not an ac environment. The plant manager didn't want to even let us drink water from the damaged product unless we paid for it. This was in 95 to 100 outside. The bosses would make blind orders (guess) every holiday. Our shifts would get pushed back until 3 pm. Always ended up working into the holiday. You don't have a set time to get off. Your shift ends when work load is 100% The pepsico in baton rouge la was the worst. It's was shut down a few years back. Horrible company from the top all the way down to the floor. If you decide to work for pepsico make sure they have a union. If not they will drive your body into the ground. No one cares about you as a person. The only thing they worry about is 100% completion. Doing a 250,000 case load with 5 people is rough on earth. But that is the every day at the pbc. If you decide to work for this company I would advise you to not look at it as long term. Cons: Everything is a con at this place"

Current Employee - Forklift Driver says"I have been working at PepsiCo full-time Cons: Required to stay over 4 hours after your shift almost everyday. I was put on another team and my new manager (whom I had never reported to wrote a character assignation of me below my glowing performance review . That manager never spoke to me again. I reached out to HR for help (numerous times) I reached out to other “leaders” .. it was complete isolation I later learned the term is called “mobbing “ a tactic used in workplace abuse... I was completely devastated brought me to my knees. I am and, have always been very successful sales professional .. Well, after a year of being completely isolated I was then given a job as an analyst... I’m also a musician, published writer, a creator and innovator... I received my new business cards ... Analysts... awful toxic bullying!"
Frank says"PepsiCo has a joint venture with the Strauss Group, an Israeli food company that provides financial support to the Israel Defence Forces. It sells Sabra Hummus products around the world. In doing business with Israeli companies that support Apartheid and human rights abuses committed by Israel, it actively supports and invests in the illegal Apartheid and breaches of the United Nations Charter on Human Rights. Boycott all Pepsi-owned products and take an ethical stand against this company. In doing so you are sending a message to them that it is immoral and completely unacceptable to continue to support the abuses of the indigenous people of Palestine."
